Tseg Posted September 22 Share #21  Posted September 22 Advertisement (gone after registration) My 50mm Summilux ASPH II ('23) complimented by the 35mm APO Summicron is an excellent 1-2 punch.  Knowing the OP also has a digital monochrome to utilize close focus makes a lot of sense for getting the latest Summilux.  I'm not sure I understand the concerns with the integrated hood?  I have integrated hoods on my 28mm Summicron, 50mm Summilux and 90mm APO Summicron and find them very convenient.
