It's the same for the R8, R9, M6TTL, M7,, MP film cameras. The original Leica part may not be available, but if you Google appropriately, I think you'll find munerous third party knock-offs which might fit the bill. (I've heard that some of them tend to fall out though.)

(Official Leica part number is 14348. I used to have a few surplus, but now I've only got a couple to keep as spares for my own R8 and R9 - sorry!)

The original Leica ones used to be about £6 each, and that was some years ago., so I'm not at all surprised. B&H have got a "replacement" for $6.95 whch is probably as good as you'll get. Kosher Leica originals seem to go for absurd prices.
