Has anyone ordered a case recently from Artisan Workstation?

I have an Artisan Workstation half case I bought back in 2022 for my Q2M and would like another for the Q2 I just ordered. They no longer sell on Etsy which is where I got my first.  Their website is up and appears to be functional but it will not allow shipping to a US address.  They have not responded to a couple of emails.

Has anyone had recent contact with them?  I hope they are still in business and that their website isn’t a zombie, I really do like their case the best of the half dozen or so I tried.

Can a EU member please try their cart to see if it will allow shipping to the rest of the world?  They may have turned off US sales.

I am in the UK. I am able to add items to the cart,but the only shipping option it seems to allow is to Hong Kong which is strange!

i ordered a strap 4 weeks ago for delivery in the UK and it came promptly without any issues, maybe an issue with their website?

Thank you both - I’ll keep trying!  My money is on a website issue.

It was apparently an issue with the website - I was able to contact them and it was resolved.  Happily, because I’ve found their case is the best one for me.
