Steve Ash Posted August 30 Share #21 Posted August 30 Advertisement (gone after registration) It is very obvious that the selection of master shots is very much biased at LFI. The bias is not only related to style of photography but also to certain individuals and themes like street photography in cuba.
Advertisement Posted August 30 Posted August 30 Hi Steve Ash, Take a look here Is it normal for a photographer to have 100% of their LFI uploads selected by editors?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
LocalHero1953 Posted August 30 Share #22 Posted August 30 According to post #16, photos are selected by the "editorial team". I don't suppose this is large (perhaps one person does the selection, and another approves them?), so it wouldn't be surprising if there is a bias. Full disclosure: I edit the RPS Contemporary Photography Journal. I am the only person making the selections of what to include!

Edit: actually, all kidding aside, just browsed through RPS. Great job! Great selections! Edited September 17 by S Maclean Add on
