JonathanJ Posted June 15 Share #1 Posted June 15 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I just purchased a Leica CM. I was, and am, a big fan of the mini Lux. I know this should be easy, but how do I determine if the camera has the right iso setting for my film? I just loaded a roll of Portra 160, and I can’t seem to find where the iso is listed on the camera. It’s not on the back screen, or through the viewfinder. And I just want to make sure that the coding was read correctly. Thank you! Edited June 15 by JonathanJ
Advertisement Posted June 15 Posted June 15 Hi JonathanJ, Take a look here Leica CM. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
masjah Posted June 15 Share #2 Posted June 15 If I remember rightly, it's a case of "no news is good news". If the camera reads the ISO correctly, then there is no display. If it can't then it defaults to ISO 100 and flashes a warning message in the viewfinder and on the LCD display when switched on.
