Tim1506 Posted June 12 Share #1 Posted June 12 Advertisement (gone after registration) Up to now my Q3 worked flawlessly. Today, the camera randomly does not pair with the Leica photos app anymore. I did a full reset of the camera and also re-installed the app on my phone. I also tried the app on my iPad. Unfortunately, the issue is still present. Does anyone else experience a similar problem? Trankster Posted June 13 Share #3 Posted June 13 (edited) Once initially set up, my experience has been consistently positive at home with a strong wifi connection. FOTOS and the Q3/Q3 43 connect seamlessley on both my Samsung S24 and android tablet, and I expect the same should be true for current iphone/ipads. In the past with the Q2, my issues seemed to be caused by bluetooth and/or wifi not connecting. I would check the wifi connection and turn BT off and then back on my phone and camera, and then the issue would resolve. For travel, I recall having had a connection issue but resolved that with the phone wifi hotspot turned on. I wish you best of luck, and hope you resolve the frustrating situation soon. Tim1506 Posted June 13 Author Share #4 Posted June 13 The issue was solved. I did a full reset of the camera and formatted the sd card. I took out the battery and charged it. Additionally I re-installed the app on all my portable devices (phone and tablet) and did a hard reset and charged them all the way. My1stLeicaCam Posted June 23 Share #5 Posted June 23 My iPad mini suddenly unable to connect to Leica fotos. Tried resetting my camera and deleting Leica fotos app from my iPhone and iPad mini. Download Leica fotos app from store. However, thereafter both my devices unable to be added the camera. Finally able to connect both after I change the WLAN from 5ghz to 2.4ghz.
