B&W film and processing labs in France

Hello to those of you still using B&W high speed film:

Do any of you living in France or travelling there know of a reputable stockist in a major French city that would sell and ship film (20-50 rolls) to a hotel in a smaller town if I purchase from US before my trip? I use Fuji 1600 or TMZ 3200 for my work. In the past I've used lead bags for film. I rate the films at around 1000-1250 to reduce grain, so generally underdevelop them in XTol when I get back to the States. I would now consider having it done in France if there's a good custom lab that would treat the film respectfully and return it to me processed in the States.

I've used my share of lead bags at airports, but I've come to the point where I no longer wish to deal with the hassle and uncertainty of airport inspection before and after exposure and haul the extra weight around in my carry-on bag.

Grateful for any helpful suggestions,

Thanks

Jacek

have very low prices, a neat shop if you visit, and are competent and friendly. i have used them on several occasions and always been 100% satisfied. they will ship. their english is not very good; only the secretary masters it - in a way.

i do my own processing also when travelling, so i do not know a good lab. if nobody else has a tip, i could ask somebody who knows. in any case let the lab process one est film before you give them a large order.

ps i note they have a current internet problems. they have been in business for decades and seemed to be doing alright when i visited them in december. hopefully their server will be up again soon.

I spend a month or so in Paris every year and buy all my film and chemicals from:

Lab Distribution

22, Boulevard Beaumarchais

75011 Paris, France

+33 1 43 38 26 72

I don't know if they process film because I develop my film in our apartment and just have never noticed. It is so easy to process the film there that I never really considered giving over to someone else to do.
