Capture assistants not showing in Q3 EVF

I'm new to the Q3 and have a question regarding capture assistants. The histogram and level gauge do not show up in the EVF. The grid and clipping/zebra do show up.  All are selected as "on" in the menu. I have firmware v3.1.1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use "Toggle Info Levels", this cycles EVF / LCD info by pressing the centre button (factory default).  See page 44 of OEM.

It may be helpful to download the manual from the Leica website.

I have the manual and have read it. I have the latest firmware installed. I have the clipping/zebra turned ‘On’. And yet it doesn’t show. It used to, but now it doesn’t, and am wondering if anyone else is still having this issue (it popped up in another thread, but noticed a similar concern being raised here). Toggling the info levels does nothing to change things. Anyone able to help?

Edit: Did a reset. Clipping tool now working. Also, the horizontal green lines that had suddenly appeared when reviewing image in Play mode have now disappeared. This is the first instance of anything like this after a year of owning the camera. Lost count of the number of times I’ve read someone suggesting a reset and always felt a touch smug that I’d never had an issue. Well, that’s history now.

Thanks for the responses! I especially liked the ones that said read the manual, very insightful but completely useless.  I reset the camera and the capture assistants are showing in the EVF now.
