tjphoto Posted June 7 Share #1 Posted June 7 Advertisement (gone after registration) Is there anyway to achieve high speed flash synch with the SL3 when using Leica S CS lenses? If not, is this something that could be added in the future with firmware? Thanks, Tim

I doubt it will be added to the SL series, but Leica has mentioned that the upcoming "S4" medium format body will support CS functionality on S lenses. It will also support M and L lenses via adapters.

Here's a non-exhaustive list from Leica Rumors: https://leicarumors.com/tag/leica-s-mirrorless-medium-format-camera/ Leica isn't keeping this a secret. The chairman of the board and the head of product development have spoken openly about it for years.
