PhotoEd Posted June 5 Share #1 Posted June 5 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello, I just noticed there is a (new) Leica UVa Slim filter available with code 19691. Is this the same as the previous 13329? And will it be usable on the Noctilux f/1.2 Re-Issue? I used the old 13035, but the rim is rather high and it vignettes quite substantially. Thanks! Advertisement Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Hi PhotoEd, Take a look here Leica Slim UVa Filter E49 19691 for Noctilux 50/1.2?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Elliot Harper Posted June 6 Share #2 Posted June 6 B+W Ultra slim titam (T-Pro), product code 010, is slimmer than leica slim filter. But it still vignettes at f/1.2 though. No matter what filters you use, it always vignettes at f/1.2. Leica UVa filter is way overpriced. B+W is much better. But I don't use any these days. There is no point to use filter as far as I am concerned.
