Voigtlander viewfinder

Hector,

You might find it cheaper to order the finder directly from Cameraquest. Higher European prices and VAT will probably outweigh the cost of shipping from the US to Argentina.

Best,

Excuse me, is st possible? viewfinder for Dlux3? Where I can see it?

Thanks

Peter

As said, CameraQuest is the place to go. Electronic viewfinders, like on the DLux3 and my old Digilux 2, are difficult to see through, particularly in bright light. I had two --a 28mm & a 90mm -- mounted on a dual shoe for the digilux 2 and it was very nice indeed. You still need to compensate for paralax.

I am flying next May to Germany and I will like to buy there a Voigtlander viewfinder for my D Lux 3 camera. I will be in Berlin, Kiel and perhaps in Hamburg too. Someone knows where can I find it? Many thanks for the advise.
Hi Hector,

You may know first what viewfinder fits to your D3. Or you will fix which is the one you want if you have a zoom on your camera...

Here is the list of viewfinders built by Voigtlander Voigtlaender - Classic Collection Viewfinder, click on the left, below Classic Collection viewfinders

Can't tell you which shop provide all of them in Germany, or if in stock. Sorry. You might try emails from shops with website...

Hope you'll have it anyway.

Cheers, Michel

Many thanks to all, I will try to contact CameraQuest for the finder. It´s a good idea to buy a 28´and a 90´ to cover different focal lenghts.

Anyway, doble sided tape is cheap :-))

Regards,

Hector.

Hector,

Cameraquest also sell a Voigtländer Double Accessory Shoe - check it out! Don't use a double sided tape - it might be cheap, but the finders are not cheap to replace when the tape gives.....

Best,

Jan

True. A more stable method would be to glue a hotshoe on with epoxy or other strong glue.

Cheers,

Sean
