I have just bought this lens new, and have been shocked by the quality. On my M11 this is every bit as good as the Q3.  The build quality is also excellent.

Optically the Ultron is probably the sharpest M lens available at 28mm. I own its little brother, the Color Skopar. I bought it as a stop gap to see if I enjoy a prolonged 28mm rangefinder experience before spending more on a Summicron or the APO that Voigtlander are releasing. The lens is so high performing and small that I might just stick with this one. I find it is sharper than the 28mm f1.7 on the Q.

It`s a great lens.

I bought it for my M8 as a 35mm equivalent.

The original focus tab is awful (in my opinion) but i bought a 3d printed one that works really great. It`s even better than the Type II tab since it`s bigger / deeper. Voigtländer makes great lenses but sucks at constructing focus tabs
