rxj Posted June 13 Share #321 Posted June 13 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) New fun lens came in earlier this week. Browsed a few sample pics from owners and it delivers for the size and price so keen to try it out on the weekend. Couldn't resist the green on green. Welcome, dear visitor! The lens release and surrounding leather is also in focus which is almost on the same focal plane as the bag's leather tag as the bag was placed at an angle. If I want everything in focus I probably will shot at F11 and not F0.95.

Kiwimac Posted June 13 Share #325 Posted June 13 My local crack - sorry, camera - dealer has a pre-owned but mint M10-P Safari with the Safari 50mm attached that he’s selling on behalf. Sadly, the owner won’t split them and sell the lens alone.

Fresno Posted June 15 Share #333 Posted June 15 (edited) The story behind it: We originally planned to produce 200 units of the Pine Green 28mm F2.8 lens. However, during actual manufacturing, the custom color posed unexpected challenges in coating and finish precision. More than half of the lenses failed to meet our quality standards and had to be scrapped — resulting in a rejection rate of over 50%. In the end, only 100 units were successfully completed. Each Pine Green lens comes with a unique serial number (from 001 to 110, excluding specific numbers), making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. This project was a deep exploration of color, texture, and craftsmanship — and it’s one that won’t be repeated. Every Pine Green lens is a standalone creation — a true collector’s item.
