Sandisk cards break too easily. The Sony Tough M cards have been very sturdy and reliable.

Yes!
I never broke a SD Card in any device she was in, however i bought the Sony Tough as she is much stiffer and until now i like this card.
Also as i tested read and write speed and write speed was near to 300 as advertised, other cards can be considerable slower than written on the card.
She is also a little bit thicker or bigger and needed initially a little more force to insert her in my SL2.

When I first purchased my Q3 28, I used a Lexar card rated as a V60.  I had the freezing issue intermittently.  I bought a Lexar 64 GB V90 card and have never had the issue return.  By watching the light on the back of the camera flash when taking a shot, I can see that the write speed of the V90 card is noticeably faster.  It appears that the speed of the card may invoke the freezing problem.  However, I only have my anecdotal experience to go on.

Jaapv suggested in this tread below to deep format the SD card using SDFormatter if she should make problems

Maybe worth a try before buying a new one.
