I see this old farmhouse from a distance everytime I travel back and forth between Centreville and Church Hill, in Queen Anne's County Maryland.  It's abandoned now but I am sure it has many stories to tell.

It looks fairly weatherproof, so it hasn't been abandoned too long ago.  I like the twisty lane.

The weather has been taking its toll for some time.  I talked to the current owner (whose current house is in the background of this photo of the backside)  and he told me that he and his five siblings grew up in this house.  As one can see in this photo of the backside, the roof is wearing away, as is the lesser parts of the wood trim .  Also you can see that the building was electrified by routing the wires on the outside of the structure.  And there was no inside plumbing, hence the "outhouse" for personal convienience...
