Chris W Posted April 2 Share #21 Posted April 2 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I think it's mostly a travel, street camera. I didn't say it was never used for landscape, nor did I say 28mm is always the wrong choice. I just think 28mm is a trend that isn't supported by the majority of photographers of the last 50 years. Look at the new medium format Fuji - 28mm. It IS hard to fill the frame with meaningful content, and with part-timers like me, it's hard enough to take a good picture once in a while, without making it harder. Advertisement Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Hi Chris W, Take a look here Anything I should know about the Q2?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Mikep996 Posted April 2 Share #22 Posted April 2 (edited) I took my Q2 and my M10R (28/50/90) to the Almafi Coast for a couple of weeks two years ago. Used both cameras, often taking the same shot with both and using the crop factor with the Q2 compared to the lens change on the 10R. When reviewing the pics on the computer display I (and my wife) couldn't consistently say that the 10R/whatever lens produced a superior pic to the Q2 cropped pics.
