Leitzfan Posted March 14 Share #1  Posted March 14 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Just wanted to say that "Art di mano," out of S. Korea, did a really great job re-skinning my late father's 1953 IIIf!  https://artedimano.com/113 A 1st class operation all the way.   Reasonably priced, with lots of different leathers (skins) & colors from which to choose. Shipping (to/from) is slow--but worth the wait. Pics.: Before (black leatherette) / after (grey lizard skin). Fitting that, having fought for S. Korea in front-line combat (U.S. Army, 24th Infantry Div.), ca. 1950, they should repay him by treating his prized possession with such loving care... 🤗 Welcome, dear visitor! I forgot to mention that this 72 y.o. camera (though not the topic of this conversation) works perfectly! Had it CLA'd & shutter curtain replaced by Leica, Canada, in '99--I believe, for the 1st time ever. Since then, not a bit of trouble. A testament to legendary Leica quality.
