PetPhoto Posted March 4 Share #1 Posted March 4 Advertisement (gone after registration) Going by the lack of actual dimensions online, the beseler cadet II enlarger was given a bellows stage and lensboard very similar, if not the same as the current Printmaker 35/67 enlarger.. In theory, is anything other then a home made negative carrier and possible hack saw work to make a the hole at the top of the bellows stage large enough to show the entire 645 negative be needed? Advertisement Posted March 4 Posted March 4 Hi PetPhoto, Take a look here 35mm to 645 question. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
BernardC Posted March 4 Share #2 Posted March 4 You will also need a new light source. The condensers won't cover 645, so you'll get huge vignetting. The edges of your negs may not get any light at all. I would look for a working medium format enlarger rather than butchering an enlarger that doesn't do medium format. BernardC Posted March 4 Share #4 Posted March 4 In that case, I suggest you start here: https://www.beselerphoto.com/parts/ You'll see full parts listings for the 67 and Cadet, which should tell you what you need to turn one into the other.
