kexari Posted February 20 Share #1  Posted February 20 Advertisement (gone after registration) I just purchased a brand new Leica MP. I’ve noticed that the shutter speed dial may be a little off. If if I rotate from 1/8th to 1/15th with fairly light pressure it feels like it lightly clicks into a position between 1/8th and 1/15th, albeit not the same click sound as an actual shutter speed. Note that this only happens from 1/8th to 1/15th and not the reverse direction 1/15th to 1/8th. I have a video of this at https://files.fm/u/vhetgh2kjj Is this normal or do I have a faulty camera?
Advertisement Posted February 20 Posted February 20 Hi kexari, Take a look here Brand new MP shutter speed dial clicks between 1/8th and 1/15th. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
archive_all Posted February 21 Share #2 Â Posted February 21 Does it stop and stay in that position? It sounds like it's changing to the different gear clusters but you shouldn't feel that so much. I'd talk to your dealer.
