Advertisement (gone after registration)

App _ Leica M11P had been working great. This week I noticed it now is getting stuck and will not complete Background Transfer successfully. In addition, I lost the ability to use the Leica Looks in the app to apply them to the imported JPEGS (its as if the functionality was removed from the app). Is anyone else having a similar issue? (Of note, I have tried to reset the program and I have removed the camera from the app and then re "paired" it to the app and the same issue still persists)

thanks for sharing your experience. You mentioned you've reset the program, did you do a full reinstallation, or just a simple restart of the app? Did you also remove your camera from the Bluetooth settings on your device before pairing it again?

I hope you have already found a solution

Hi

it seems to magically fixed itself

i think the trick was when I reset/restarted my phone a few days ago

the app seems to be back to full functionality - the Leica Looks function is back and background transfer is work again
