So i found this M10p in a really good price, then i went to their place, found out the camera been not used for 3 years, i opened the cap, saw the curtain only open 10%, i put on the battery, but all the batteries are empty, charged it, reset the camera, try to open shutter for dust cleaning, but wont open fully still the same, tried live view or not still the same, Is this issue common in m10p? I only have M262, as this will be my upgrade. If its serviceable, is it simple one or need to send them to wetzlar?

The shutter should be fully closed when the camera is turned off and/or the battery is empty. Actually, it should never be partially open so that you are able to see it. This means that the shutter is faulty and will need to be replaced by Leica. I don't think faulty shutters are that common in the M10 series cameras, but there are some reports on this forum. If you do a search you will find them.
