I think that the answer here was YES. In that case there could be numerous reasons and the real reason (if not a combination of a couple of things coming together) can not be reproduced. Its as if your Lightroom Classic crashes on your Mac (happened to me a few days ago without any loss of data and a one time incident). If this is a one time incident there is even no need to report to Adobe. They would not take it in as a bug. And in this thread we get the impression that nobody else have had similar experiences. At the moment you can probably do nothing else than close the case for yourself. I hope that you'll be fine from now on.
