Q3 user profiles display a red figure with a Red Cross and the word cancel above on the lcd screen when I press the user profile tab? What is this and how do I remove it? I have updated firmware to 3.0

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why a red person icon with a Red Cross and the word cancel above appears on my Q3 LCD when I press the user profile tab on the back of the camera? The firmware update to 3.0 has not eradicated the problem, which existed beforehand. Grateful for any advice or suggestion.
