I have tried to tether my Q3 43 to Lightroom Classic / desktop on a Windows PC but cannot get Lightroom to connect to camera at all.

I have downloaded and installed the Leica Q3 tether app for Lightroom, plugin manager says it is running.

I can use Capture One tether and it is superb, working flawlessly, however I would prefer to use Lightroom if it is possible?

If you have and know how to use Capture One, why would you want to use LR?
it’s like comparing IMovie to Davinci Resolve 😊in the video world

I usually use Lightroom and Photoshop so Capture One (good as I can see it is) is a learning curve I could do without, plus it’s another subscription!

I understand , I subscribe to LR/PS just to get a pixel editor when needed.  It’s only $10/month. We use Leica because we want the best image output. The same holds true for  software, C1. Like everything in life hard work and learning curves pay off in better results.
