not sure if Hugh's speed is a fast way of affection,

but if you want High-speed sync, it can be done with a Leica flash. supported are SF40 and SF60 
some Profoto trigger and flash can do that too.

You need the trigger and the trigger is able of highspeed sync. 
 

then you need to connect the trigger to a highspeed sync capable speedlight or strobe (ad 200pro ode ad 100)
