Fjorden Grip - delivery experiences?

Hi

I have ordered a Fjorden Grip - £17 postage. But over a week later - still no despatch. Has anybody got any experiences with Fjorden? I have just checked Trustpilot- and 79% give a 1 Star review. Fjorden do not reply to emails. I thought it would enhance my iPhone 15 pro integration with LUX Pro.

I ordered very early on, before they were "available" .  Took literally months to arrive. 

It is definitely worth the wait!

It was delivered at the very end of December. No need to reach out. Thank you for replying to my post - it was 7 weeks ago! Response times are about 14 days from support - if you actually get a response. This reflects poorly on the organisation and its commitment to customer support. Please improve.
