Crazy if M11-D is my first rangefinder?

it's great! M11's liveview is always one and too addictive. I've lost 50% of my rangefinder exp due to that and I can't controll myself. So the only way to go is M11-D. It's beautiful and lightweight too. Go get it!

Yes, today was really my first day out and about with the M11-D.  The wait to see what I really got is appealing.   Up until now, my widest lens was 35mm, but I am committed to getting comfortable with my new 28mm before I add a 50mm.   I'm actually enjoying the 28mm much more than I thought and seems to be easier to use with a rangefinder.  I've not really done "street shooting" before, but I can see the allure of it.  It makes my memory of my experience while out and about much more vivid... and as I get older keeping memories is more important than I ever thought.  I still have plenty of cameras (and phones) with an LCD, but for now, I'm grabbing for the one without.
