Leitz had one (catalogue code TROOV) that is now rare and goes for very silly money. I don't know if it's one of those, or something more generic. There are modern tripod socket strap anchors from companies like Peak Design, though I've never been convinced they are a great idea, especially on cameras with detachable base plates!
