Leica Q3 43 and closeup lens

There is a thread using the Q3 43 with an Elpro 52 to copy film but there is no discussion what magnification or free working distance (front of lens to subject) that combo has. Free working distance does not matter for copying slides with transmitted light but it is essential to know if one does closeup photography as lighting of a subject (natural or flash) becomes a nightmare if there is not enough distance. Also I wonder what magnification can be reached with the Q3 43 and Elpro 52 with the lens set in macro mode (0.6m and 0.27m).

The Elpro 52 has +7 diopter and likely an achromatic closeup lens with lower diopter would be easier to use.
