Leica Q3 charging

I have a Q3 43 on its way. I have been looking at utilities on YouTube. Everybody tells you to stay away from the Leica charging mat. The alternatives the Youtubers recommend are outside of Europe. 

Do you guys have other recommendations? 

Is it QI-compatible? So, do you know if any broad charging mat works?

You are aware that wireless charging requires the Wireless charging grip HG-DC1? This grip contains the QI compatible receiver. And yes, it is QI compatible. Any QI charger should work. Just be aware that the receiver in the grip is close to the handgrip side. You need a charging mate that is wide enough to provide stand for the whole body. AFAIK that is the main complaint with the Leica Charging Mat. Besides the price it does not look very hip to place the camera next to one side of the mat. Btw - the original Leica charging mate is produced by Native Union. They have it currently on sale for 49.99 Euro. Except of finish it is the same.

Great thanks! I have ordered the Grip. I'm sorry I forgot to mention that. Thanks for the information. There seems to be plenty options. Can you please provide me with a link to Native Union. They are sold out at their own site. And I cant find it in Europe.

I just purchased the Native Union charger that appears to be identical to Leica's model, on Amazon, for $40. Same statistics for Qi charging. Wish me luck!
