I did some testing yesterday, and I didn’t see that much difference between the lux and sonnar. Both render wonderful, but with the lux I have better focus results. Not sure if this is due to focus shift or not. It could also be me.

As I will be buying the new Q, I want my m-system to be simple, especially as I have the SL plus zooms as well.

Having one 50mm will make things simplier, and the lux is a great lens which looks wonderful as well. But it is heavy, hence my interest in a cron for daily carry.

(but then, if I have a Q, will I need another lens as a daily carry?)
