I was setting it up while it was charging and noticed it hanged a few times and also gets stuck on the Leica logo when I try to turn it off while it's charging via USB. Sometimes it turns off other times I need to disconnect the cable or remove the battery otherwise the display stays on even tho the camera is off... Very buggy for a Leica product. Not to mention that setting up via the Leica app is not possible while the camera is plugged in with the cable (charging), but the app is not telling you that. Kind of very disappointed about the overall onboarding experience. I mainly shoot with X2D and Ricoh and the onboarding for both of them was flawless.

I had to reset the camera and it's a bit better! Most of the lag in turning off the camera comes from the wifi/bluetooth connection. If you turn that wireless connection off, the camera will switch on/off faster but is still somewhat laggy...

If you turn the camera off and unplug the usb cable, the logo disappears and the camera shuts off.  It should start up again just fine.  I have had this happen a few times when using the usb cable for uploading photos to my computer.  It did not seem like a big deal.

Maybe not to you but to me it would be a big deal.  Leica is supposed to be a quality manufacturer.  This smells like, "Get it out the door and we will fix the bugs later."  The software is beta-ware.  For US$7K I kind of expect it to work.  When that is expecting a lot there is something very, very wrong.
