Pierre-Olivier merci et Bonne Année

I know the Matterhorn by the name but I never see like that. Very nice b&w picture with good contrast, thanks.

Here for lovers of our lovely friend the cow (especially for ....Amado)

as she said (I mean our friend the cow) : "What is this strange cow with two-legged who take me in photo?"

and like Amado said :

" #'s 2 and 3 are my favorite ! Nicely gone....Amado"

An other mountain picture in an other place......not too far of our cow friend !

Thanks for your comment

A BW contribution from the Norwegian mountains, the cold, foggy and rainy summer of 07. A few nice glimpses of summer in between. Actually; I´m afraid the Canon P was my companion this day ...

Peter

Sorry I also forget that you like our "cow friend" too and you are right !

People here(called the old "savoyards")told me that if you want to evacuate stress and have a healthy and quiet spirit , touch the head of a cow a moment". Are you agreed ?

Hello Henri,

Them "Old Timers" as we call them here do have a point. Animals can keep you calm and at least for me I like all my critters.... even if there is times.

Here you got some local mountains, last fall.

some history of Avoriaz if you like fantastic films....(I like)

many films are awarded a prize at the "fantastic festival of Avoriaz" we can saw some welknown like:

Duel (1973) of Steven Spielberg,Phantom of paradise(1975)-Brian de Palma,Elephant Man(1981)-David Lynch,Mad Max 2(1982)-David Miller,Terminator(1985)-James Cameron.....

at 1993 it was the end of this festival (continuation now at Gerardmer-East of France)) but the winter ski station still continue....
