I bought the TL2 when it first came out, then sold it for the CL at launch, because I wanted the built-in EVF. I bought it again for a holiday in India, as a back-up/alternative to the CL - then sold it after I returned because I couldn't see it getting much use thereafter.

Regular companion, TL2 and Pana 20-60.  On days I'm feeling not so lazy (or know I'll have more than 10 min to shoot), I bring the visoflex and vintage.  The Panasonic is big (not heavy) - and I've toyed with the idea of an sig 10-18 or 18-50, but just never cared that much about the size, as I'm in the truck all day long driving.  For actual travel and compactness, I tend to take my RX1 (or would probably have a Q if it were not for the prior purchase).  Had an X100T, had a sony RX100m3, GRII, etc.   Key word being HAD - but what is important to me - may not be the same for you.  Notable - the Sony RX100's are pretty decent - VERY small, and capable.  Of all my past and present gear - the TL2 is still probably the most fun.
