eyedeebee Posted December 24, 2007 Share #1 Posted December 24, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) The ArsenalPhoto site (that advertises at the top of the screen here) is selling a load of stuff from the Leica Factory Museum. Has anyone else seen this? Why is the museum getting rid of this stuff? Have I missed something?

elansprint72 Posted December 24, 2007 Share #3 Posted December 24, 2007 Looks like a garage sale. At 19 Euro I can afford the box camera but it is overpriced.
budrichard Posted December 25, 2007 Share #4 Posted December 25, 2007 One of the first things one does after assuming ownership or directorship of a company is to sell off the parts of the company not needed for the core business to survive. Most of the time the parts sold individually are worth more than the whole. I assume that the present Leica company owned these resources and I quote from the prospectus "as they were provided by the Leica-Camera AG in 2003".-Dick
