So, this lunchtime, I looked at their website. They have chemistry "in stock", so I placed a web order. Within 5 minutes of placing my order, one of their sale people gave me a call, telling me that there would be a £17.50 delivery charge. When I explained that I'd tried to get one of his NW stores to get some in stock, he volunteered to send some up to Manchester for me to collect, saving me all delivery charges of course. It'll be here straight after the Christmas break, and he's promised to call me when it's arrived in M/C.
