SabaLeica Posted August 14, 2024 Share #1 Posted August 14, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello all. I’m looking at a Leica “Product Information” sheet regarding the R8 Motor Winder. (NOT the Motor Drive.) The sheet refers to the “rapid wind lever.” It says that if the lever is in the “ready” position the film can be wound manually. But if the lever is in the “parked” position the motor winder will advance the film. There are no illustrations on the sheet. I have the (German, which I speak) R8 manual but it’s no help. So: which is the “ready” position and which is the “parked” position? Many thanks.
