I liked the SoHo/Kurland store and had various positive experiences over the years. Sorry to see it go.

Recently I called there, and to a couple of other dealers, to get an estimate on a specific lens trade-in value.  The SoHo sales rep said he had too many samples already and instead referred me to the Meatpacking store; the reason is now clear.

Unfortunately, the Meatpacking store was less than responsive and, when they  did get back to me, offered $800 less than two other trusted stores. Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed with the experience.
