viktors Posted July 26, 2024 Share #1 Posted July 26, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hey! i just got my Q3 a few days ago. I used the Q1 and 2 a lot, and have the problem, that the liveview on the displays gets black (or freezes if I do a burst shot) after i take a photo. It makes the camera pretty unusable in every not-static environment. Any ideas how i can change that? Thank you!
Advertisement Posted July 26, 2024 Posted July 26, 2024 Hi viktors, Take a look here Leica Q3 Liveview Freeze/Black after photo. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Jerryrock Posted July 27, 2024 Share #2 Posted July 27, 2024 (edited) The Q3 has an eight GB buffer, so I don’t understand why your camera is acting that way. I just tested mine with a series of three (4 shot) bursts and had no blackout of the EVF or rear display. Does your camera have the latest firmware (2.0.3)? Another thought is the speed of your SD card. I’m using a SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC UHSII V90 card (300MB/sec). bobtodrick Posted July 27, 2024 Share #3 Posted July 27, 2024 That would be my guess, that the OP is using an older SDHC memory card.
