Leica MP 2024 Production Year Releases?

For my first child in 2022, I copped them a 2022 BP MP as a token/memento. In reality it was a gift to myself in their birth year, to use for the next few years, and then pass along when they're of age. 

I have a second child on the way in 2024, but from what I see there haven't been any 2024 production runs based on Lockhart List. Is it fair to say that 2024 will come online at some point?

Makes sense, just never crossed my mind cause I've never used a licensed dealer in HK.

An option was to run two MPs. The sort of goal is to have a camera that I can pass down, where my children can call it their own. They'll have mementos associated it with it, like the first image taken (of her parents).

Got my MP in May 2024. Manufacturing date March 2024. Singapore Leica store.
