Filter holder attaches to Q3 lens hood

Does anyone know of a filter holder that is available to attach to the Q3 lens hood?

Such a setup would allow keeping the lens hood on and attaching the filter holder to the lens hood by friction, or velcro. The ability to easily attach and remove the filter holder without unscrewing the lens hood then reversing the process again would be nice.

It would mean that the filter will be some centimeters far from the frontal lens. In case of small aperture or closeup any dust particle on the filter will be noticeable. 

Filters should be always the closest possible to the frontal lens.

As well you would be defeating the purpose of the hood…to stop flare from light hitting at an oblique angle

May as well just forgo the hood entirely.
