plldc Posted July 5, 2024 Share #1 Β Posted July 5, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) On my SL3--when set to 4fps--the camera will always take 2 photos for each press of the shutter release. I press the release quickly and lightly, and it is always 2 photos. I had the SL2, prior to the SL3, and I was able to take a single photo (or multiple photos) depending on how quickly I pressed the shutter release. Is this normal behavior? I am also asking because I think the SL3 shutter release "feel" is different (not as smooth) as the SL2, so I'm wondering if I have a defective shutter release button. I also have a Nikon Z8, which has a much faster framerate, and I can modulate that as well to take a single or multiple photos with how quickly I press the shutter release. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
Advertisement Posted July 5, 2024 Posted July 5, 2024 Hi plldc, Take a look here Multiple shots per shutter release press? (at least 2?). I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Ning Ning Posted July 5, 2024 Share #2 Β Posted July 5, 2024 It's the same with me. It used to be the same with my Fuji X-H1, until Fuji got it under control with an FW update. It looks like we'll (hopefully) be getting an update soon. Maybe that will be included.Β π
