Jonathan Levin Posted June 22, 2024 Share #1  Posted June 22, 2024 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I have a Nikkor 60mm 2.8 ED Macro lens and the ES-2 digitizer attachment I was planning on using with the SL3. My initial thought was to buy the Novoflex f to L adaptor to work on the SL3. The adapter is ~275US. I happened to be looking at some of the Sigma 105mm macro offering and in looking at the price, just a bit more than the cost of Novoflex. Well, maybe more than a bit… The Novoflex would make my Nikkor a manual operating lens. Hmm. The filter size is 62mm on the Sigma 105 is the same as the Nikkor. So finally, has anyone been using the ES-2 digitizer on a Sigma 105 Macro? I could always put the Nikkor on Ebay to help offset cost. Thanks and I look forward to you knowledge. Advertisement Posted June 22, 2024 Posted June 22, 2024 Hi Jonathan Levin, Take a look here Sigma Macro lens with Nikon ES-2 film adaptor?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Jonathan Levin Posted June 23, 2024 Author Share #2 Â Posted June 23, 2024 Ok. So even the nikkor 105 macro is not compatible with the ES-2 so I now highly doubt the Sigma 105 macro will work. So now its back to reconsidering the adaptor I suppose.

Jonathan Levin Posted June 23, 2024 Author Share #4 Â Posted June 23, 2024 TealWayFilms- Thanks for sharing that set up and info. Is the filter size on the lens 62mm or did you get some kind if reducing ring?
