I am a moron when it comes to video (and some other things).

I have bought some luts that are made for S log and Rec 709.

And I see Leica has some LUTS for conversion to Rec709.

I therefore assume I should be shooting L log and convert to Rec709 and then apply the luts I´ve bought?

I changed the settings to "Cine" and I´m doing 180 degrees. I am shooting at 25 fps and 4k Cine.

 

But it says L-GOP, not L log?

 

Can someone please help explain?

Oops, I had not clicked the l-log button which was in video gamma. Thought it would be near the place I choose framrate and resolution. But now I am all set to shoot l-log
