Exporting user profiles on Q3

Q3 is set to use Apple MFI. It tells me it’s exported but I’ve tried SSD card, cable, Bluetooth, both via iPad and Leic app, all without success. Not a sign of it.

Anyone else getting this, or is it me? I imported profiles which still operated post firmware update but I’ve changed/added to them since and need to export them as a ‘safety’ copy.

If you have the SSD mounted in your camera you should simply follow the in camera instructions to export the profiles. Then shut the camera down and put the SSD in your computer. The SSD should show up on your desktop as a drive. Double click on it and it will show the Profile file. Simply drag the Profile file out of the SSD to your desktop, or wherever you want to store them. Done! It’s the fastest and safest way.

Thank you Le Chef. I found that my Mac was blocking the file. Once I resolved that I could then see the file. I’m surprised not to be able to export via direct cable or wirelessly but at least I’ve got it secure!
