I'm thinking of getting either a Sigma 16-28mm f/2.8 or a Panasonic Lumix S 14-28mm/4-5.6 for my SL2-S. I'm not really a big fan of non-Leica lenses, but unfortunately Leica doesn't have a compact UWW.

Do you have any experiences / pictures using the two lenses on an SL2-S? How is the AF performance or are there any problems using these lenses on a Leica SL2-S? Any other recommendations?

Thank you so much!

Best, Stefan

Hi,

I have the SL2 snd have tried Both the 16-28 and 14-24.

Both are sharp and wonderful.

The 16-28 is small, light and sharp and has a bit more reach.

Sigma has done a great job supporting the SL line.

You would be happy with either.
