Has anybody tried Leica MP (or any other film M) in combination with Profoto Connect Pro Leica? I'm interested in HSS.

The MP has just a simple x-synch contact in combination with a 1/45 sec Sync time.

You will not be able to use all functions of this profoto device.

Have not tried that particular device, but played with some small inexpensive wireless triggers off Amazon. Mounted on M-A via hot shoe. Works quite well.

from memory you can get some limited HSS on the m10/m11. no HSS for film M

if you need a fast shutter speed with your MP, constant light is the only way to go
