Leica SL2-S does not trigger on-camera and some off-camera flash

Hi, everyone.

I recently attended a lighting workshop sponsored by Profoto and Leica Store SF. In the middle of shooting, my SL2-S stopped triggering the remote trigger (Profoto Connect Pro for Leica). After troubleshooting, it started working again 100% of the time with X-Sync on, but my SL2-S doesn't trigger the Leica SF 60 or SF 40. It works on the Godox System (Flashpoint R2 XProL for Leica + FLSHPOINT EVOLV 200) but not with LightPix Labs FlashQ Q20II. Has anyone experienced this before? I thought I would ask here before sending my SL2-S to Leica.

TLD;R: Leica Sl2-S works with Profoto Connect Pro for Leica with X-Sync on and Godox R2 trigger; does not work with Profoto Connect Pro for Leica with X-Sync off and other on-camera flash.

Simple: if you are close to the Leica SF store,  just go there and ask for help.

Thanks. Yes, I did the test there. They helped me tests and troubleshoot my camera (how we figured out it works with x-sync on.) The recommendation was to send it to Leica. I guess I wanted to ask here to see if anyone had similar issues before sending it to Leica.
