Have been offered a dusty Leitz Visoflex III. It is apparently very dusty in the VF part. Is this possible and easy to clean?

I have dissembled a few Visoflex IIIs in the past. If the only issue is dust, then it's pretty straightforward to dissemble the prism finder by unscrewing the screws holding it together. From there you have access to the prism which you can remove for cleaning. Dust in other areas can be addressed in a similar manner.  Do you have photos of the Visoflex in question?

If the issue is not dust but scratches or fractures in the prism, there's not much to do about it -- these can sometimes present as large clumps of dust in photos. I have included a photo for reference which shows what appears to be a clump of dust but is in fact a fracture in the prism glass.
