kdt Posted April 21, 2024 Share #1  Posted April 21, 2024 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Can anyone tell me if the adapters are interchangeable between Bellows I and II. I have a bellows I that is in very good condition and it has the M39 front adapter but I need the functionality of the bellows II for use with adapted Leica L camera mount. I have a line on Bellows II that has no adapters and pinholes in the bellows itself. Can the bellows be removed from my bellows I and fitted into a Bellows II ? A newly purchased 1955 13.5cm f4.5 Hector will arrive next week. Is the 16558 Bellows adapter the correct one for the Hector head on a Bellows II? My Minolta Auto bellows IV is setup for Leica L. Looking for a custom adapter for the 13.5 Hector lens head. Can anyone tell me the thread size and pitch on the Hector lens head ? I have a Bellows R 16863 adapter I may modify if this is compatible with the Hector. I have been enjoying a recently acquired 1936 200mm f4.5 Telyt for macro work. A beautiful soft pastel look compared to ultra sharp modern macros. The Hector will be next to test... Advice is appreciated! Welcome, dear visitor! After some experimenting with my 20cm f4.5 Telyt I have found by using the front lens section along with the diaphram on its own that it works very well on my bellows. The two rear elements unscrew after removing the focus helical. I attach the front lens group to my bellows with a 37mm to 55mm stepping ring into 55mm reverse ring on the bellows. Attached is a photos that I shot this morning using an F11.
 Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members!
